I. Inspection

1.Use a special sling with a certain load to lift embossing roller. The slings should be tied to the shaft at both ends of the roller. Do not tie the sling in the middle of the roll. During the lift process, the operator should stand at the side of the emboss roll, strictly prohibit standing under the plate roll to avoid accidents. It is necessary to lift and put it down gently to avoid damaging the pattern.

2. When disassembling the package, especially when cutting the package (such as blanket, plastic film) with knife, we should be careful to avoid scratching the pattern. After opening the package, please check whether there are any damage on the pattern.

3. Use special measuring tools to measure the dimension according roller’s drawing. After the inspection is passed, then you can install it on machine.

II. Assembly

1. Assemble the bearing according to the drawings, then install embossing roller on the embossing machine.

2. Connect well with water or oil pipe and other accessories, and debug them.

3. Finally, Heating roller by oil or Cooling roller by water, adjust the running speed trial production.

III Other matters needing attention:

1.       When any wounds or wears are noticed during acceptance check, the user should contact the supplier immediately. In doing so, a timely solution is assured and also can avoid possible contract disputes.

2.       The user should send the feedback within one week after the arrival of the cylinder, otherwise, the cylinder is automatically being considered approved.

3.       The cylinder must be working in a non-contact way, which effectively prevent extrusion, inhalation, or entangling, wound, burns, and electric shock hazard.

4.       The operator should not stand next to either end of the cylinder in case being hurted by broken shaft or leaked liquid.

5.       The cylinder should not be placed together with corrosive items.
